Wagerly is a social tracking tool. Balances shown in the app are fictional demo points with no monetary value and no means of withdrawal or exchange.

Wagerly never holds, processes, or pays out real money.
Any stakes between players are settled directly between those players, outside the app.
Wagerly is not a gambling operator and does not offer betting services of any kind.

What Wagerly is

Wagerly is a social tracking tool for friendly wagers, games, and leagues between friends. It helps you record games, track results, and keep note of what has been settled between you — it does not handle money at any point.

Your account

Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for the games, leagues, and entries you create in the app.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your associated data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
